1. General Terms
The website "Theion Doron" belongs to the special status producer Maria Georgiopoulou. Navigating and using the website, as well as submitting orders through it, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Order Process & Prices
Submitting an order through the website's form constitutes an expression of interest to purchase products. Product prices are not publicly listed on the website and are disclosed to the customer via email or telephone communication, along with the final shipping cost, prior to the final confirmation and completion of the order.
3. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are:
Bank Transfer
Transfer of the total amount to the business's bank account prior to the shipment of products.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment upon delivery of the product.
4. Shipping Methods & Times
Shipping via Transport Company / Courier
Product shipments are carried out through partner transport companies or courier services throughout Greece and abroad. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are disclosed during communication for order confirmation.
Personal Delivery
In special cases and exclusively upon prior arrangement and confirmation with the business, there is the possibility of personal delivery of products in specific areas.
5. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Important Notice
Due to the nature of our products (food/perishable goods) and for reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns of products are not accepted if the customer changes their mind after delivery.
Exception
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is proven to be delivered damaged, broken, or spoiled during transport. In this case, the customer must:
- Contact us at info@theiondoron.gr within 24 hours of delivery
- Send a relevant photo documenting the damage
We will proceed with an immediate replacement at no extra charge.
6. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

7. Limitation of Liability
The business makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the site. Information regarding the nutritional characteristics of olive oil is purely informative and does not substitute medical advice.
