Legacy
Organic extra virgin olive oil. Produced exclusively from our family’s centuries-old olive trees in Vasilada, central Messenia, quality and bottling meet perfection in every detail. Immediately after extraction, the oil is stored in an independent tank. During bottling, each bottle is sealed with a specially designed non-refillable valve cap that keeps air out. By eliminating oxygen exposure, the olive oil is protected against oxidation, preserving its natural antioxidant and nutritional properties. Bottled in strictly limited quantities as a tribute to our ancestors, who nurtured these trees with their sweat and dedication.
For over 1000 years, these olive trees have stood majestic and thriving. True living monuments of natural history, they are among the rare trees that survived the devastating fires set across Messinia by Ibrahim Pasha’s army in 1828. Due to their profound symbolic significance, the olive oil produced from these very trees was selected and bottled by the Municipality of Kalamata, named Oil of '21, for the commemorative initiative celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Greek War of Independence of 1821.
To this day, they continue to offer us "green gold", the extra virgin olive oil that remains a cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet and a healthy lifestyle. Our purpose is to keep them thriving and alive, preserving them as a sacred heritage for generations to come.
