The "Secret" Behind
our Olive Groves
Our olive groves are located in the heart of Messinia, in the regions of Vasilada and Katsarou, areas recognized as Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), and we cultivate:
- 750 rain-fed (dry-farmed) Koroneiki olive trees, 32 of which are over a century-old, with an annual production of approximately 3800 litres of extra virgin olive oil.
- 30 Kalamon olive trees, with an annual production of approximately 300 kilograms of table olives.
Since 2007, our entire production has been certified organic by DIO. Every single one of our products is produced, stored, and packaged using the latest safety and hygiene standards. We are deeply committed to farming with absolute respect for the environment, aiming to hand over a thriving, living land to our children and future generations.
The soil, biodiversity, and microclimate of the region, combined with the proper agricultural practices we apply year-round and, above all, our love for this blessed tree, are our secret. The result? Premium nutrition products, featuring the very best that the Messinian land has to offer.
